- 2 Boneless Chicken Breasts
- 4 Large Flour Tortillas
- ½ cup Peanut Butter
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- Fresh Lettuce Leaves
- 1 cup Purple Cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup Carrots, julienned
- Fresh Cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, minced garlic, ginger, and honey in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and marinate with soy sauce and sesame oil for about 10 minutes.
- Prepare vegetables by washing and shredding lettuce and cabbage and julienning carrots.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
- Assemble wraps by spreading peanut sauce on tortillas, then adding lettuce, cabbage, carrots, and chicken.
- Roll the tortillas tightly, slice in half, and serve with extra peanut sauce.
Notes
You can substitute chicken with tofu or shrimp for versatility. Prepare the peanut sauce ahead of time for convenience.
