Description

Juicy turkey patties infused with peanut butter, garlic, and herbs, creating a delightful Thai-inspired burger.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce for serving
  • Sliced cucumbers for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground turkey, peanut butter, soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, breadcrumbs, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Mix gently until just combined; do not overwork.
  3. Form the mixture into four equal-sized patties.
  4. Heat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown.
  6. Assemble the burgers on toasted buns with lettuce and cucumber.
  7. Serve with additional peanut sauce on the side if desired.

Notes

Make patties a day in advance and store in the refrigerator. For a different flavor, you can switch peanut butter with almond butter.
