- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce for serving
- Sliced cucumbers for serving
Instructions
- Combine the ground turkey, peanut butter, soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, breadcrumbs, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Mix gently until just combined; do not overwork.
- Form the mixture into four equal-sized patties.
- Heat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers on toasted buns with lettuce and cucumber.
- Serve with additional peanut sauce on the side if desired.
Notes
Make patties a day in advance and store in the refrigerator. For a different flavor, you can switch peanut butter with almond butter.
