Description

A festive cake bursting with crushed pineapple and grated carrots, topped with a rich cream cheese frosting, perfect for holiday celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your cake pan by greasing and flouring it.
  2. Cream together the softened butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated.
