Ingredients

- 8 ounces pasta (elbow, rotini, or penne)
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt/avocado for a lighter alternative)
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain it in a colander and set aside to cool.
- Combine the cooled pasta, drained tuna, mayonnaise, chopped celery, red onion, frozen peas, and lemon juice in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix gently with a spatula or salad spoon until everything is beautifully combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
